I'm not certain that the colour noise is effective, certainly in such a near black and white shot. The capture is good, the scene is good, and it's well composed however ... a decent photojournalism shot. Porcessing is lacking to my view though - the figure seems overly lightened, without putting back any contrast much, and as I said the noise (which doesn't work like grain for me, being colour noise). |

Would putting it into black & white and introducing a bit more grain have made for a different effect? |

like the gritty treatment (small nit - wondering why you've left in that yellow button thing? draws my eye to an uninteresting part of the image) overall nice composition -- tells the story well |
