Nice creepy effect. I wonder if your ghost might had a little more impact in amongst the more dense and tall stones I see in the background. The stones in the foreground seem slightly less ominous and interesting. Still, I like this overall particularly because you had the good taste to do the hooded character thing.

I think you should have shorted the shutter time to make it a little darker.

It looks more like the Grim Reaper rather than a ghost.
