I see some effort at composition here, placing the man on the ladder in the lower third. I'm afraid the photo as a whole needs some work, though. There are some blown out highlights, the lower man is cut off and barely within the frame, and the whole image has a color cast to it. |

The bottom guy hardly seems like he's doing much here... I would have rather seen two men working together to do the job. I do like the angles of the ladder though and the shadows it created. |

This shot has potential. Would like to see a little more highlight detail (for example on the back of the upper guy's shirt) and want to see a little more of the lower guy's body. |

I think the pic wouldve been ten times better if you wouldve gotten more of the second guy into the shot, It seems more uneven then even, with two much sky at the top and not enough man at the bottom |
