This is Annelise, older of two children in the family of dear friends. Annelise about ninth or tenth grade this year (2007-08) and is currently performing the lead role in the first ever stateside rendering of the musical, On Dragonfly Wings, which runs through this weekend at The Black Box (theater) on the campus of Georgia Southern University...here in Statesboro.
On Dragonfly Wings is the result of one woman's process of dealing with grief during a real-life incident in Hawaii a few years ago when a family of her friends lost a three year old child to leukemia.
Lacks contrast, especially the skin. The skin should not appear so gray. In addition, the face is a different shade of gray than the skin. That is all out get out of the pic.
A very lovely young woman and a great shot of her - nice pose, nice setting! The lighting effects result in a heavy vignetting on the bottom - I'd like to see that lightened just a bit at least as far down as her arms.
