This one has the most post production work I have done so far. Maybe I have gone too far. Here are some of the things I've done.
Cloned out dust and a couple of trails I got from the metal hub caps. Increased sat, edge preserving smooth, heavy sharpening. Dodged the driver and the area around the passenger.
Duplicate layer, edge dilate and edge erode, curves. Blend mode lighten. Cloned a bit of the wheels to make them more even. There was a bump in the road.
Duplicate the duplicate layer, blend mode screen 50 percent.
Merge
Resize, light sharpen, salt and pepper filter.
Save as jpeg.
I should have used less zoom to get more of the cars into the frame. I had to clone out a bit of the front car also. It ran past the edge of the frame, but this was the first time I have tried to pan, so it was a lesson learned. Used the 28-300 at 48.

Good blur but the composition is too tight for my taste. = 5

Cool idea, it would be awsome had the cars been in focus. Also the white bar on the top is distracting. I like dueling idea.

Certainly plenty of motion going on

This had a good potential (two cars together is different and difficult) but it just looks too blurry. If you used a shorter exposure or panned a little bit as the vehicles went passed (like the people who did the VW and Mercedes) the cars might have had a little more definition, and I think the impression of speed would be improved. I still think it is a fine effort - the bold colours work well and it still fits the challenge. 5.

Common theme. It would have been nice if either the cars or the road had been blurred rather than both.

It's hard to tell if thats out of focus or blurred by motion, because there isnt really anything to judge as being in focus.
