Shutter: .6 seconds

PS Raw adjustments: exposure +50, black +5, brightness +71, contrast +25, clarity set at 100. Tone curve settings: hightlights +66, darks +5, shadows +20. Illumination and color noise reduction set for 100. Saturation increased for orange +100 and yellow +38. Straightened and saved.

PS: Used channel mask to increase USM. Cloned dust spots. Cropped and resized image. Added a thin border.

I thought about using the version shown below, but ultimately decided that I didn't like it as much.

Perhaps you blew too quickly, I have the feeling that a gentler "breeze" would have made for a more pleasing photo
