Ooooooh. . .I like this! The pen has an antique, nostalgic look. I love the scratches and signs of much use on it. And the bold close-up topic makes this something that would look very nice framed and hanging on a wall!

Hmmm... Germany, does it say? A stunningly sharp macro. Interesting subject, as I find myself having many questions about this pen, but will save them for a different time. |

With you using a black border like that, it would have been fun to see an ink line leading from the border to the tip. I like your choice of subject for the macro. It highlights the etchings and details that most of us probably don't even notice. |
