Taken late afternoon. There are farms not far from town. These 2 were really checking me out!

I cloned out some power lines, sharpened d&b and adjusted tone and color.

I'm a big fan of photography at this time of day. I love the low, glowing light. Renaissance light, I call it. The cattle are almost glowing, well separated from their BG just by the light. Flowers, too, in this light are gorgeous. I wouldn't change a thing (I wouldn't enter it into an online contest, either). They seem so thoughtful & peaceful.

Ha Ha Ha This is an awesome photo. That P&S works very well. I love the smoothness of the brahmas skin. Stands out nicely against the grass. They make me smile the way they are looking at you. You must have interrupted their conversation. Awesome job.

when i first looked at the thumb - i thought you had copied and inverted half the image - very cool stuff

the way the cows actually seem to climb out of the plane at me is quite good - attributed to the wonderful late afternoon light coming from behind

I love the symmetry and the pose of the cattle. They have wonderful faces and ears. I like the light on the cattle, but overall, the image seems dark. It might be nice to put a little yellow soft light in the highlights of the distant trees.

I love the expression on their faces, kindof a "what are you looking at?"!!

Love the light, the animals and that they are so paired. (It may be unimaginative of me to suggest you crop out the sky, even down to just above the fence - I think there is enough going on in the cows and that they are not perfectly symmetric to keep it real).

I really like how they're both looking at you, that rarely ever happens for me! The lighting is great!

I instantly knew that this was in Florida. The oak with spanish moss, and the dog fennels give the location away. The light is excellent on the cows, and the mirror image pose is sweet too. Good overall shaprness too. Nice shot.

would be perfect if you cloned out the grass and the power lines. The light on the cattle is excellent.

This photo is priceless. Wish the grass (or what ever it is) sticking up at the bottom of the was not there. The lower branch on the tree to the left is a little distracting also.
