 this pansy was growing right on the step. It was a quick shot since I was packing up the car to leave on a trip.
The shot was cropped, layer adjustments and sharpened.

plants are sure resilient - they seem to overwhelm all odds when it comes to growing in unusual places

the theme is pretty solid here - but the delivery could use a bit of finish - the crop at the top to miss the remainder of the flower is unfortunate, the background seems a bit too yellow, and if the flower was open and showing its 'stuff' we could get the connection that it was triumphant
