| The raindrops on the lens are unfortunate. I'm not sure what the "six cadets" and largely empty foreground add to the image; I might have tried a crop on the sky and double rainbow only. The colours in the rainbow also seem a little dull. |

| I like the moody tones in this and the colours in the rainbow but i think there is too much wasted foreground. |

| Tilted, raindrops and element in top right corner are all distracting to me. Lighting is good though. |

| It's clearly a snapshot--totally unplanned. You probably had this sitting around somewhere and noticed that it happened to fit the description of "Even". Still, I like the retro feel of it. I'll give it a 3. |

| Always nice to catch one of these double rainbows! I might have cropped this differently to take out the hydrant, which at first looked similar to the silhouettes of the people, or else to crop off a bit of the top where there is no rainbow, but raindrops on your window. |

| This photograph is strong because most of the picture is brown and dull but the double rainbows, which are somewhat rare, (atleast to me). |

| the pciture seems to be significantly tilted to the right. I can see how you struggled to get the lighting balanced between the real bright sky and the dark tones at the bottom. |
