| This subject is perfect for the challenge! However, I get very distracted by the incredibly sharp focus on the ice in the middle of the picture. Otherwise, the color is good and I like the center composition. |

| Very out of place. Good detail in the ice. Mine usually washs out. |

| this is a lovely shot but I wish it was a bit brighter, Its got great texture and detail but they are a bit subtle for a sledgehammer forum like this one. |

| I like the way you can almost see the ice melting. The top-down view does not take full advantage of the light available, though. There could have been some nice relections and shadows. |
