 Even though I tried very hard to get the brown ribbon, I obviously could not accomplish it with this picture.
The principle idea of even represents quite a few meanings and only one of which is mathematical.
At the same time it can be an even surface, which this is. This is a completely flat wall, even though it has the illusion of being three dimensional.
There is a lot of evenness in this picture, an even color tone for example or even the even lines that are caused by the illusion of three dimensions.

Well, you get the picture….I tried for the brown ribbon and it was not meant to be !...but I came close!

I find it difficult to determine what your artistic vision was for this shot. It looks like you zoomed handheld over the course of a long exposure. The blurring makes it difficult to read the sign in order to understand its significance (if any) and the light trails are a little too indistinct, especially with the relatively bright background illumination.
