|I predict the comment "this would be more interesting with a dart" en masse. Well, I can't find the damn things. I was more interested in the geometry of the dartboard anyway. It was a last minute entry.
Convert from RAW with some EC and color balance adjustments. Then in PSP X2, crop, HSL (boosted saturation), brightness/contrast layer, merge, more color balance adjustments, USM, resize, JPG.
POST: Wow, 11th place. Wasn't expecting that. Personally this is an accomplishment for me as it's among my first experiments with indoor/studio lighting (notice that most of my entries are outdoor shots).
And, yes, it needs a dart -- message heard loud and clear! A dart in the bullseye would have really changed the dynamics of the composition, and I think I would have come up with something very different if I had used them (wherever they are). It might have done much better -- or much worse.
No good outtakes, but I liked the idea of shooting from below. Maybe next time! Thanks for the great comments and feedback.
