A beautiful set-up and idea. It's a shame about the snow; it gets confused with the petal and makes it look like the bottom half of the stem is under water. But as I said, excellent photo!

Very nice... I'd like to see a very slightly higher viewpoint so the flower is surrounded by more black/ dark brown.

I'd like to see more focus in the background -- perhaps a longer setting on the zoom or a tighter apeture if possible. Looks like it was caught with a flash on an overcast day.
