The light and b&w conversion are excellent here. What a shame that this didn't score higher, but then again this is DPC and this isn't typical FS material. Trust me, I just learned my lesson a b&w in a FS. To improve I would have perhaps burned that bright area on the right just a bit, it pulls my eye from the subject. |

Pretty girl - Jackie O. reflecting on Ari's island, good edit, very sharp for 30% of an image. |

A nice b&w portrait with very nice lighting. She has a starlett persona about her, well done! |

Well done, Jeb. This is nicely composed. The lighting is really well done. Tough to know what the crowd will like. |

Nice, Jeb - in addition to the cool reflection, I really like the way the light highlights her hair. |

Great portrait, Jeb. The lighting is wonderful, and the b&w is very dramatic. |

At first I thought it was Julia Roberts. Nice B&W. |

The darkness adds drama to your image. Love the reflection of trees! |

I never saw Pam trees before (sorry probably already heard that enough but I just had to say it)... Nice job with the B&W. |

Nice processing. Thank goodness its not about spelling. Never heard of Pam trees :]... but thankfully the reflection explains it. |

Very good photo. Would have been even better with a closer crop, in my opinion. |

Either a misspelling, or this girl's name is Pam? I think she looks like an "Angela". As a portrait it's pretty good, except that she is looking out of the from and that leads the viewer's eye that way as well. |
