 A bluebonnet...the state flower, and the highlight of spring along Texas highways and byways.

This is NOT out of focus. I used a very small DOF to make the image more of an abstract and enhance the colors and layers of this flower. I have a great print of it...I'm just sorry its artistic value was lost on the voters.

great colors - It seems like there isn't enough in focus, though.. I would prefer if more of the top white portion of the flower were in focus

The focus, DOF, and angle just do not work for me on this shot, I do however like the seperate layers of color.
