Dude - this speaks to me on a number of levels, but mostly on the one that is most desperate and needy. Don't get me wrong - I think this is a brilliant piece of work. There's a lot going on here and I think you portrayed it well. I imagine a lot more additional strong work from you - can't wait to see it. |

Ok, looking on a different monitor, I can now see a magazine for a weapon under the cover. But there's something else as well.
Nice job, though. |

Well done, but very easy to miss the USMC cover in the dark on the right. At first I thought it was just a guy with a problem. Only the title led me to question and look for more. Only then did I notice the cover. And I still can't tell what that is that the cover is resting on. |

Well lit and emotive. Good compostition. I like this one. |

Interesting picture. But let down because of a couple of nit-picky things. The carefully lined up shot glasses don't work. And needs a little more light on the right to give the magazines more emphasis. |

Beautiful image... without the military hat to the side I don't think it would have been as efficient at telling the story... I just wish perhaps a tighter crop, and it would have been nice to have his fingers and head all in. 8 |
