| Looks like a tulip from here. I love the angle, the simplicity, the light ... actually I love everything about this image. The colors are brilliant, and I like the way the flower is reaching for the sky. |

I love those petals curling out and over at either side: the brush strokes in them recall the elaborate Dutch paintings of them tulips.

| Sweet color and simplicity. The light thru the flower helps a lot with details there. |

| great perspective. both parts of the composition, flower and sky, are surprisingly well exposed. |
