 This is my niece.
She playing swimming board at home. She stand on swimming board and acting surfing.
His father told not to do like that, she didn't obey.
Suddenly, she slipped form swimming board and she lips hit the floor. Then crying loud....

In same time, I was take picture for my son. Then I take picture for her, after I took picture and showing her, she stop crying hahaha..

Using Nikon Flash SB800 and homemade ring flash.

Nice candid shot. I like this one! Good composition as well. She'll probably appreciate it later in life... I got one of my oldest daughter a few years ago returning a caterpillar to the grass and crying her eyes out.

Does it feel exploitative? Sometimes I look at good shots of dark emotions, turmoil, danger, or tragedy, and I feel like the photographer is a vampire feeding off of it. I know this case is not nearly as dramatic as all that but it reminded me.
