 This is the one of the parents of the baby robin I entered in freestudy last month. Hopefully this one will do slightly better than that effort.

Best all-around color and clarity of the bird shots (and possibly all animal shots) in this challenge. Good DOF, works well with the foreground and background. A high vote from me.

the robin is sharp and the dof is good. good job blurring the background while keeping the robin sharp

Lovely detail on this robin, and you have captured a real sense of oneness with nature. I do, though, wish you hadn't framed quite so tight, and had left a little more room to the left of the beak.
