Multiple layers created by Opening the RAW file (DNG) for transformation to jpeg in Adobe Camera RAW 4.2 as base and placed layers differently processed in CR4.2 as Originally photographed, auto, daylight, shade, and tungsten for increased blue of the shirt, then the layers were separated processed with various combinations of Auto-Levels, Auto-Color Correction, Shadows/Highlights, Hue/Saturation, Contrast/Brightness, and Quick Select Tool in PSE 6.0 to selct the shirt into a new layer for these various processes with the addition of overlay and multiple blending settings,Finally I used the Magic Wand, Gaussian Blur, Blur Tool, Smudge Tool, Find Edges, Adjusted Sharpening, USM, Resized, USM, Saved for Web...

For me, your subject seems slightly out of focus and I find the object in the lower right distracting. I do like the expression you captured and the contrast of the green foliage in the background to his blue shirt.
