I would love to hear the story behind this shot. The focus is beautifully crisp. The catch lights in the eyes would have me guess that you used a flash - but then again that would mean that you were quite close - Yikes! Please give us the story on this shot.

my 4 year old son says: that is a good picture. i like bears. i don't want bears to come around our house.

Nice eyes, good capture, especially for 'wild'. Wonder about a little more off the top and the right to get the bear 'bigger' in the frame - if the quality was there.

He/she looks so sad. I would be tempted to crop out the tree on the left. It competes with the face for my attention.
