Can really get a feel for the emotion from this picture, I also like the depth of field, that the girl's hand is slightly blurred

One of my favorites so far. Doubt this will score high with the DPC crowd for a couple of reasons, but this is such an intimate "real" photo. Kudos. Definite 7.

Even though the adult is not really in the image, this image says more about the adult than the child. I would be tempted to change the jacket's colour to a blue so that the only warm coloured parts of the picture are the hand and the face.
