another wonderful movie and book, and a great evocation of feeling. the echoes of shapes and textures are superb. the known but unseen softness of the sheep and the seen softness of the hair; the solidity of the stone and the visual solidity of the sheep; the repetition of shapes with variation through the whole composition are so effective. the warm white tone makes the whole thing glow. yes, indeedy. |

I like the way you depict "unbearable lightness" but in depicting "being" it is just hair, a face would have done much better, and the sheep can go. 6 |
