 This flower is called "Gladiator Allium." I considered titling it "Gladiator," since that would be appropriate...but I figured most people wouldn't realize that's actually the name of the flower. Anyway, it's in the onion genus.

The purples and greens are very nice in this. Makes me want to lean in and smell the flowers! :o)

not that great of lighting, the color just isn't popping. the green overpowers the purple
