 Played with the photo in camera raw, opened into CS3 lots of saturation, and contrast, sharpen , resize, noise ninja, tweak contrast and saturation save for the web.
What you are seeing, the dome is on the Bellagio, the construction is the City Center, the blue light from the Luxor, all in Las Vegas.

Cool colors. I am missing the movie connection. The blown out white at the bottom distracts a bit.
