 Used magic wand to select the area between the blossoms and used creative pen to softly blur the background, pulling colors from the blossoms into the area. Added a thin black border.

This is a bit out-there for DPC but I connected to the image as a representation of chaos.

I wish I knew what you had in mind here in terms of how this represents chaos. Very difficult to read especially with the title.

i usually dont like heavy editing on what is cleary a good picture

but in this case you have done a marvelous job of softning

Woukd have been a 10 if the colored tinfoil around the pots were not there. I also didn't particularily like the strong yellow flower in the very top right of the frame.

This is really just a beautiful shot. It almost looks like a painting. I think it would make a pretty print. I really don't see any "chaos" here, but I like it anyway.

It's not chaotic... It's beautiful, it's a pastel. Very good composition and blur effect. 7 (I have a problem with the "meeting the challenge")
