Wow, it is hard to tell if the animal is angry or struggling or sleepy like the title says. The lighting is amazing and the clarity is beautiful. Very unique animal shot!

I think in order for this picture to achieve a better effect the eye needs to be in sharp focus

this is realy a great photo. I would like to see just a tad more DOF. not to much just enought to sharpen up the nose on the sleepy little fellow.

Oh... how sweet :) I would try and focus on its eyes, despite the fact they are still half asleep ;) Looks like you focused on top of its head. Lovely colours, nice detail. Sweet creature. Very good attempt.

This photograph is somewhat dark. It would be stronger if there was more dappled lighting on the rodents face.
