 Yeh I know, not very creative. I had planned an elaborate shot for this but had forgot we were going away to the Hunter Valley for the weekend. Saw this view during the day while visiting Bimbadgen and went back at midnight under a near full moon.

Everytime we go into the country and I want to experiment with star trails it is either a full moon or overcast, but I love the vibrant colours on this.

Was prepared not to enter anything as I got busy when we got back but when I checked on my Soft Focus & saw rollover didn't happen I had a look thru the weekend shoot & remembered how much I liked this...of course won't do well here.

CS3- small crop, levels, hue-sat, smart sharpen, ni, resize, add border, save for web

This almost looks like a scale model, rather than the real thing, it's so perfect! My favorite place is a vineyard, so I feel at home. :o) Great job on this one.

Looks like it was shot with a large aperture, would have been better stopped all the way down.

Your image is nice. For me, when I crop out the wires on the left hand side, I like it even better, especially the star streaks.
