Post processing:

*takes a deep breath*

Convert from RAW
Clean up dust spots etc.

Two layers used for sketch:
1.
Create a fill layer of "off white"
Duplicate background - put to top > Desat > Increase contrast>Add Noise (~10%, Gaussian, mono.)>Hide all mask>Reveal with "strokes" using dry media brush. (Group two layers and mask accordingly)
2.
Duplicate backgound>desat>increase contrast>duplicate>invert>set to linear dodge>Gaussian blur till lines show (mask accordingly)

Base "photo layer":
Flat desat.
Dodge and burn
Curves
Multiple USM passes.

Flatten layers
Resize
USM

Really good use of a filter effect here. Subtle, and well blended. Your lighting and composition help out quite a bit. My only criticism would be to maybe have the pencil a bit sharper.

great image in terms of concept, lighting, B&W conversion, and composition. Very annoying that the pencil is blunt though! Clever idea though - well done

Very cool concept. Well executed. Would have been better if the drawn part of the handcuffs did appear more drawn. Still a well deserved 9.
