this was part of a performance in a concert of the same guy a did the promo and cd cover photos for.
the dancer is the same woman as of this shot:

she's a former ballett dancer and did this short choreography i designed together with her for the background of a song.
the setup was a 1200kw spotlight, that was placed behind a huge white screen.
she was actually dancing behind the screen so you her sihuette was projected on the screen.

Excellent triptych -- this makes me think of art deco.

mh, when i designed this dance with her we didn't really think about making a connection to the james bond movies but now that you guys have pointed it out i've looked at some opening sequences and i must admit that they certainly do have a similar feel...lol
perhaps like this one? (links to youtube)

eta: the opening sequence in goldeneye (at about 0:40min) is it you're referring to, right?

That background certainly does make one think James Bond. I'm glad to see I'm not alone in thinking so.

This reminds me of the beginning of a James Bond movie from a long time ago, except this is much better. Great triptych.

I didn't read the comments below until I wrote mine - I guess Bond is the thing.

I agree with Sarah that I immediately thought of Bond when I saw this. I remember you series of this performer on the roof, nice to see her in action.

Makes me think of one of the James Bond opening sequences (forget which film!).

Very clever.

You do such cool composites - series that have a story to tell. This is almost like a message in sign language.

Good triptych! I like the flow of motion between frames, and the silhouettes are just great.

Great silhouettes and frames. I agree with wehrmacher .

Would be curious to see it without the horizontal white border.
