"Toto, we're back in Kansas!" Such a country feel to it. Good choice on the composition and colors. The texture - I'm split on, but I like it overall. |

I'm going to be odd man out and say that I think the overlay is very cool! It looks like it was painted on a canvas right on my screen. Now that being said, I think I'd also like to see the same photo, with the same processing and without the overlay. It would have a completely different feel, I think.

I agree that maybe you should fade out the canvas texture just a tad. Otherwise, beautiful composition! |

I really like the image and the colors, but the added texture just throws me off a smidge against the texture of the tree. |

Love the composition and tones of this shot. I wonder if you eased back on the canvas texture and just had a hint .....very cool shot!! |

Looks nature-y! :) The pic is terrific. Not sure the canvas texture works here, but experimentation is a good thing. ...well you know, when it comes to photos of course. :) |
