Great portrait. Sharp focus and good tonality. The pose seems a little forced but overall a really good photo. Great job.

She really makes me wonder what she is looking at. Portraits are to engage the viewer... very good. Looks like the glare on her shoulder blew out a bit. Overall, just great!!!!

Very nice BW choice, I think a touch of contrast would help with the depth of the image a bit.

Pose makes no sense given where she is. B&W conversion is OK but I'm not a fan of middle grey tones for skin.
