 I went out in the morning looking for a mix of stationary and moving subjects. I had wanted to play in a field with some grass blowing in the wind, but there is a lack of fields here - so at the park I found these sedges that, combined with the waves, gave the effect I wanted in contrast to the stump.

Adjustments in Raw Converter > Curves, Hue&Sat, SelectiveColor, Contrast&Brightness > Dodge&Burn Layer > resize > USM > border > save for web.
