Interesting experiment with the Vaseline. I like the blurred vignette. I wish the girl stood out more from the rest of the image. I would like to see her with more contrast, and smoother skin. Maybe not possible with basic editing, but might be worth reworking without that restriction. She's a pretty girl and I love what you have done with the daisies. |

Oh that score is ridiculous - hope you're not too disappointed. Your commenter average and favourites show that there were a number of people that 'got' the image and really like it. Well done for entering it! |

this portrait is lovely as I said below. I thought this would not fly at DPC, but that low is a shame. don't let the score prevent you to continue doing this. way nicer than many of the top scorers. |

I might have cropped a little off the bottom and the left, but otherwise I really like this shot. |

Love the composition, the tones and the soft focus affect. |

Interesting processing. My initial thought was that it reminded me of faded high school portraits my parents keep on the walls 30 years later. Your photo has that retro kind of feel to it for me. |

Classics but the flower looks a bit over exposed....: ) |

I'm using a piece of paper to crop out the flowers a little up to the bud that's in line with her eye and this image improves in composition. The flowers take up way too much space and are claiming too much attention away from your pretty subject. All in all a great pose and look from your model. |

Try using PS levels, will take out the haze. |

I find this a very attractive image. It is kind of low-fi. Lots of flare and the shadows have gone blue. The girl is attractive and the square format of the picture is really tastefully chosen. |

Interesting. Pretty lady. Shot has a bit of a blue color case and the foreground daisies are blown out and they actually overwhelm what should be the focus of the photo. |
