 This is the Outer-bridge, connecting N.J. to Staten Island. The skies are strange lately since the Earth is changing, and this shot was taken a few minutes before rain. I took the same trip for my "Boats" image, that was right under this massive cloud leaving a misty rain behind.

Post Processing:

I tone-mapped 2 separate RAW files, and did very little in photo shop except some sharpening and de-saturating. I originally used 4 separate files, but found that the HDR worked better here with just 2 files. I used some curves on the bottom half of the image and burned some shadows. I had to take lots of color away from this after I decided my 1st draft was too saturated. Hope the wide variety of colors here appeal to most of the voters.

For me, this image loses points for the bulrush, they are very distracting.
Apart from that, I really like it.

HDR above the limit IMO, and the ususal issues: areas with unnatural lighting and even some issues with sharpness.
With a less excessive processing, the image had potential
