I'm not sure about the color tones, but the shot itself is very interesting. Great for the dappled light challenge and I like this one better than your entry. The lighting really adds to the overall feel for the shot.

Is this infared or was it achieved post process? It gives it an eerie almost unreal kinda feel, which suits the subject matter. I kinda do prefer this to your entry, but your entry was better suited to DPC voters, I suspect.
