 This is the source of the eye I used to open Annie's eyes. One eye, copied, pasted, copied flipped, color balance... hey presto.

You might have tried using both eyes instead of one, that might have given her the appearance of looking at the camera instead of off to the side?

I used Annie's left eye to copy into the associated after image. It required scaling, copying and flipping, and color balance.
