 - High key conversion (brighten the shadows and all the colors in lightroom and further in photoshop).
- Tweaked tones using curves and exposure adjustment layers (lighten them everywhere except the face).
- Added more hair using the standard grass brush that comes with photoshop.
- Moved rim of hat upward a bit (used a duplicate layer for this and a mask then used the clone tool to fix alignment issues).
- Since I moved up the hat a little I need eyes so I grabbed those from another photo I took of her in a similar pose.
- Added white vignette (used a paintbrush and a mask).
- Did additional spot cloning, blurring, etc to fine tune things a bit.
- Smart sharpen.
- Some basic color work (changed all colors except lips to yellow.)

I really think this one is a winner. I love that you kept to a softer creamier white and then have that beautiful lipstick shade. Magnificent.
