 One of the reasons I like to get up early to take photos - I got up at 4:30 Daylight Savings Time (it was really 3:30 :) ) and drove 80 or so miles to the Skagit Valley tulip fields. I had hoped for a dramatic sunrise but we didn't have one but for a brief twenty minutes, the clouds in the sky had a little pink on them. I'm very happy with this shot.

I used the graduated gray filter, without it the sky was colorless and had no detail.

This is really gorgeous...great color without being over-saturated and very soft, beautiful light. The only thing that bugs me ever so slightly is how centered that one large tulip is. Wonderful photo.
