The action is captured very nicely on the dog, but there looks to be some motion blur on the guy. Maybe try using a higher shutter speed to really catch the moment. The toning looks a little off as well. The colors are kind of washed out.

Looking at the guy's legs and the grass behind him, there seems to be some camera shake(?), also the crowd are a bit too in focus, try opening the aperture to throw the background out of focus, at the same time this will also allow a faster shutter speed to totally freeze movement and reduce camera shake.

I just spent ages trying to find out what you did in processing. Not good. I mean, it is a spectacular shot and all, but the processing creates an artificial effect so strong, that it looks like a fake. And then the magic of the moment is lost and the left side of the brain kicks in...
