This is interesting. I wish I could see a bit more of it. I wonder if you could crop it closer and still maintain good detail. |

It's a tireless job feeding these baby birds, they want to eat all day long and mom and pop have to work all day long stuffing their faces:) It is always amazing watching animals interacting with their young, it's one of the few times that we humans can relate to them. Nice capture! |

Nice capture. (Would this bear a closer crop?) |

Baby starlings are funny - I've seen them demand food (sucessfully) off all sorts of other birds by just going up and demanding until they give in :- )
Always nice to see these little displays of domesticity in nature. |

Nice capture. I've been lurking in our bathroom with the screen up trying to capture birds in the bird bath...a peeping Jeanne! You've done a better job at capturing than I have so far.
Nice one. |

I'm suprised that they are still feeding like this out of the nest. Of course, I'm no nature expert, so maybe this goes on all the time lol. |

Very inconsiderate of them to do this in the shadows instead of in that patch of sunlight over to the right! I agree about playing with levels; might also try a tighter crop if you've got the pixels.
I saw a Redbellied Woodpecker feeding her offspring yesterday. Camera was nowhere nearby, of course. It is a lovely moment to capture, even if it happens too fast to capture it perfectly. |

Interesting subject. With the birds in the shade like that, it sure makes for tough lighting conditions. Have you thought of adding a little brightness/contrast adjustment and/or slight levels adjustment to bring out the birds more? |
