Seems overexposed (longer exposure to get the motion of the wheel?). Dont know what equipments you have but a ND-filter or some kind of a lightcapturing glass would have helpd you there. Continue experimenting. |

this is a funny one...
but somehow it does not work; the title does not help the composition and the movement of the pin wheel in this freezed frame... it just does not work. but nice try though |

i know what you are trying to do with this shot, but the harsh lighting and un-necesary elements (two fences, a driveway, big rocks, flowers) make for a busy and confusing image.

Little shallower dof would help here to isolate the wheel from the fence. This way the flowers are in the center of attention,7. |

Good use of motion blur to accentuate the subject. |

The pinwheel itself is very well done. Just the right amount of motion blur - preserved the individual colors. BUT... the setting, foreground and background is full of clutter and distraction, which cost you 3 points. Try to imagine in your mid's eye - the same shoot, positioned exactly as shown, with everything but the pinwheel and it's holding stick, very very dark. It would pop! |
