I planted some seeds from a package that just said wildflower mix and this is what I have so far. I'm hoping by mid-month there will be some flowers so I can do a second shot!

It would be neat to take the same photo from this position as the wildflowers grew, but this would take far more patience than I have, and also lock up the use of a body in a tripod. Sad to not see flowers yet, but the contrast of the shapes found in the leaves is kinda neat. The out of focus leaf in the center is somewhat distracting, however. I like how some of the leaves are more of a yellow and the others have a deeper hue. Makes the shot more interesting.

Nice shot of Spring. I think if this was my photo, I would lighten it a bit with a levels adjustment, and I would try boosting the yellow a little -- either by a color balance adjustment or by increasing the yellow saturation. I think that would increase the vibrancy. Another possibility would be to try a curves adjustment in luminosity mode.

Nice green! I didn't think clover flowered, but then again what do I know?

Looks like you got some clover in there, reminds me of St Patricks day!

Love the interpretation of wild! These mixes are such fun - I've got stuff still coming up in an area I seeded at least 5 years ago. I think the silver leaved ones are blue cornflowers.

Nice variety of leaves - I wonder whether you could have got in even closer and tried to capture their various textures ? They can be astonishingly different up close.

The green is gorgeous. This looks so fresh. You are lucky, if I did this, I'd be taking pictures of seeds in the soil - no green thumb here! lol

Cool, will be great to see a before and after shot. I meant to do that this year in my garden and so a shot from the same place every few weeks ... kinda forgot though!!

Should be a colorful mix when the flowers do come out. I was trying to find the four leaf clover in the bunch.... Nice, clear shot.

I see clover, maybe phlox, asters, and/or butterfly weed. There's a bunch that look alike till the plants get bigger. Looks like you're going to have a lot of flowers :-)
