I think DPC may not like this image, but I just love it. It has an awesome feel of an old photograph - with the vignetted edges and the grainy/noisy feel, and even the dust thing (?) in the upper right. It is so simple, but it feels very artistic (which is another thing I don't think DPC properly appreciates). Awesome image. |

Not a lot here to captivate me, or cause me to think this is a good photograph. If you want to go with something this "minimal," you could try to add interest by making it look funky in post processing. As it is, it could be the open sky, or it could be a patch of dryer lint on a window. |

No planets, no moon, no stars, and it's questionable whether it's even night time. Why even put this one in? |

Sorry, i don't understand what you are trying to say here.
A bit too much noise, maybe try lowering the ISO next time.
Good luck

Nice attempt, but several problems. There is the corners that created shadows on the picture. Try a narrower aperture. Also lots of grain in the sky. Try a little noise reduction or even a gaussian blur. |

I'm sure you've got one or two comments already but I had to score this low because I can't tell what it is. Focus is way off, composition is off balance, theres way too much noise in the photo. In future, try isolating your subject and if your incorporating additional items into the shot (such as the fluff in the bottom right corner) make sure they add something to the picture. Good luck. |

I can't figure out if this is one of those trying-for-the-brown images or if you really mean it.
In any case, it's not very stunning. |

This is different, but lacks something interesting IMO. |

Nice little cloud there, and the gradient has potential. I'm not too thrilled by the vignetting, the noice and the lens dust smudge (?), though. |

A little noisy. No detail. Dirty sensor. Perfect for the White Rook challenge. |
