Quite a simple shot with some nice effects. The water ripples and the highlight under the water work really well and draw your eye to the centre of the shot where the droplets are beautifully frozen. The cool blue was a great choice to add a cold feeling to the water and the fall off in lighting towards the top of the image is a nice touch to again centre attention towards the middle.
No real technical criticisms, but I'd have liked to have seen a bit more creativity in terms of how you'd met this challenge. This shot is well executed but doesn't make me sit up and think 'Wow!' so overall a 5. |
