yes, i like this a lot better in sepia than the black and white, but i really like the colours in the original better than either, and the crop .. i like how i can see the rubbish and the vehicle .. the reflection in the window behind them also seems to stand out more ... i love reflections !! .. i'm wondering about a bit'v sharpening or something to give it more conrast/sharpness ?? .. :)

I prefer the sepia, with the angle of the boys' heads, this makes an interesting photo to look at.

This is my favorite of the three as well! I think it would have made a nice entry for Partners! Like the other commenters, the camera DID focus on the background rather than the boys, which is the only drawback for DPC. Still, I kind of like it personally. Candid shots are tough that way. I've got scads of them from the May side challenge that are juuusssttt slightly out of focus, but looked perfect on my LCD. :-{

I like the Mayberry feel to this one. I find sometimes a little dodge and burn sometimes help make things appear more in focus, it might help the boys a little.

The sepia is very nice, I think I like the warmth in this more than the b&w

I wish the boys were more in focus, looks like the camera focused on the reflection in the window which is pretty sharp. Lovely capture anyhow.

I too like this better than the b&w, very cool candid! I like how the three arches reflecting in the window echo the three boys, cool!

Bill- Like the sepia tone the best, good crop from the original color. Great human interest shot, reminds me of my home town in Pa growing up.
