 I just love to touch this soft grass. So my objective was to try to capture the texture. I wanted it to be soft without being blurry. I experimented with many combinations of contrast and sharpness. I'm fairly well satisfied with the result.

I like the colors of this, soothingly idyllic- especially how nicely the background compliments the subject. I agree with Prism about the framing being particularly bright in the top left.

Nice, warm colours. Might just be my screen but the middle to upper corner of the left side seems to be a little heavy on the dodging to me (maybe from the frame?). Really like the criss cross grass in the bg.

Nice DOF; I love playing with my 40mm 1.4 to get images like this. Really like the crisscross and stripey bokeh in the background; makes the OOF areas worth looking at all by themselves.

Really nice composition. Nice gentle colours and a nice soft arc stretching away across the screen with an ideal amount of DoF.

Grass of any kind is difficult to photograph well up close. Your experiment worked nicely, as the shallow DOF at 1.4 makes the foreground detail show nicely while getting that warm fuzzy feel deeper in the image. The light must have been early or late to be able to shoot at 1.4 and 350.
