 Caught this hawk circling overhead looking for something to snack on before the storm hit.

I had some problems with noise in this one so after using PSPXI digital noise removal, I also tried applying a blur to average out the pixels but not lose all the cloud detail.

Very pleasing composition, and just enough shape - bit of a challenge with that lens - but then again when I use my zoom on these guys I can't find them!

Very ominous, both the bird of prey and the stormy sky. I'd try to sharpen the silhouette, perhaps with a very fine clone tool around the edge.

Kind of a creepy silhouette with all those storm clouds. Sky looks pretty good for having started noisy.
