I noticed how dark the water looked so I adjusted the exposure and gamma just a touch to make it even darker. It was actually taken at around midday!

Love the reflections and the contrast of the white swan against the dark background. I would be tempted to completely clone out the green bits on the left so that it is all dark and then to balance it, clone the water line from the right onto the left side as well, following the same angle, but that's just me. :) Nicely captured!
